Agreement to terms

By enquiring about or purchasing a service from Nudgetic ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't proceed with an order.

Our services

Nudgetic provides custom website design and development, along with an optional ongoing Care Plan covering hosting, minor content updates, and uptime monitoring. Specific deliverables for your project are agreed during the discovery call before work begins.

Pricing and payment

• The Website Build is a one-time fee of £350, payable upfront before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• The Care Plan is an optional £25/month add-on for hosting, updates, and support. It is billed monthly and you may cancel at any time — there is no long-term contract.

• Prices are correct at time of publishing and may change for new projects; existing agreements are honoured at the price quoted.

Project timelines

Typical builds take 2–3 weeks from kickoff to launch. Timelines depend on how promptly you provide feedback, content, and approvals — delays on your end may extend the delivery date.

Revisions

The Website Build includes 30 days of post-launch tweaks and revisions. Requests for significant new features or a change in scope after this period may be quoted separately.

Ownership

Once the Website Build has been paid in full, the final design, code, and content produced for your project are yours. Any third-party assets (stock imagery, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their own licences.

Cancelling the Care Plan

You can cancel the Care Plan at any time by emailing us — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel, you're responsible for arranging your own hosting going forward.

Liability

We build websites to a high standard, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (such as traffic, leads, or sales), as these depend on factors outside our control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of your website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
